What R1 / R2 / R3 mean
- R1Production readiness. Can the frontend safely command live trades on the Qatar Stock Exchange today? Money-path findings live here and cannot be risk-accepted.
- R2White-label deliverability. Can we ship to The Group as a clean tenant build — no cross-brand leakage, theme tokens intact? R2 blockers are contract-blocking.
- R3Developer handoff. Can The Group's in-house team take this over without a rewrite? R3 is the only axis where risk acceptance is permitted with formal sign-off.
Priority levels
- High. Fix now — blocks production, delivery, or handoff right away.
- Medium. Plan in the current sprint — important but not on fire today.
- Low. Schedule when there's room — known debt, no near-term pressure.
- Defer. Acknowledged, postponed on purpose — revisit on a known date.
- Skip. Won't fix — risk accepted or out of scope. Tracked, not actioned.
